Our holiday villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious lounge with satellite TV and a sofa bed. All the bedroom are air conditioned and gas central heating is installed throughout, perfect for winter lets.
On the exterior of the building you will find shaded parking for cars, large terraces for BBQs to be had and a 8x4 lighted swimming pool with walk in steps and outdoor shower, large outdoor tables with 6 chairs and 6 sunloungers.

The beautiful, unspoilt, blue flag beaches of La Marina are only 20 min away. The thriving tourist areas of Torrevieja (25 min) with its aqua parks, shops and bars, Benidorm (60 min) with its Disney type theme park are easily accessible via the motorway.
The pretty town of Elche has 300,000 palm trees and a safari park and is only 10 min drive away. Another favourite within easy reach is the spa town of Fortuna with its therapeutic hot spas.
